- Return requests must be submitted within 3 business days of the delivery date.
- Shipping & Handling fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.

How long will it take for my order to arrive, once it ships?
- International Customer: Ship times vary by destination.
- International orders may be subject to additional duties or customs. Duty and customs policies vary widely from country to country and are applied by the destination country’s Customs Office at their discretion.
- Any duties imposed by countries for importing our items are the buyers responsibility. Please contact your local customs agency if you wish to discuss potential rates and fees.
Can I cancel my order?
- The order may be canceled within 3 hours of purchasing by contacting us. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders after 3 hours since they are all ship soon thereafter.
